How We Rate
The framework BSB uses to evaluate online sports betting sites, sportsbooks, and crypto betting brands.
Methodology
How we rank sports betting sites
BSB does not score brands by bonus numbers alone. We look at how the site flows in real use, how easy it is to find live markets, how clear the menu structure is, whether the cashier makes sense on mobile, how readable the terms are, and how well the brand matches common sports betting search intent.
What we look for
Questions the editorial team asks when reviewing a brand
Can users find key events quickly?
If the site forces too many clicks before a football, basketball, or live market appears, the score drops.
Does mobile use actually work well?
We pay close attention to submenus, betslip flow, and the cashier experience on smaller screens.
Are the promotions clear or vague?
A large bonus headline does not earn extra credit if the terms are hard to understand or heavily restricted.
How transparent is the cashier?
Sites that provide too little detail on limits, verification, or withdrawals should be approached more carefully.
Which user intent does the brand fit?
Some sites fit football bettors, some suit crypto users, and some are simply easier for beginners. Ranking should reflect real fit, not just brand size.
Are there trust signals?
About, Contact, Responsible Gaming, Affiliate Disclosure, and policy pages all help show that a review site has a clearer editorial structure.
Ranking file
How the order on this site is edited
This package is set up so the ranking table, card grid, and all deep review blocks follow the single file config/ranking-order.txt. Move a slug up or down, save the file, and the whole site updates the order together.
coinpoker to the first line, CoinPoker becomes rank #1 in the comparison table, the card grid, and the long review blocks without editing HTML or PHP by hand.
